My real strength lies in the trenches—designing efficient systems, elevating customer experience, and growing revenue through genuine community connection rather than traditional marketing. I’ve developed proven operational models, including a fast-paced front-of-house color-coding system and innovative community-based outreach strategies that drove real results. My background includes launching farm-to-table ventures, co-creating vibrant public events like Soupstock, and pioneering seasonal collaborations with local artisans and farmers.
