I founded Liquid Lunch with my husband Fred and helped grow it from a luncheonette into a multi-location restaurant brand with a distribution business. Community participation wasn’t an extra; it was part of how we built it. After a fire, we rebuilt and shaped GROW into a farm-to-table experience. I’ve worked on the whole business: identity, kitchen flow, customer experience, finances, and the systems behind the scenes. My consulting brings that lived experience to small businesses ready to find their footing or scale without losing their heart.
