Resonate Your Frequency
Chakra work and Reiki for people and their animal companions.
There’s room here to slow down, be heard, and pay attention to yourself for a change.
My chakra and Reiki work brings together spiritual connection and practical care. We take our time, talk in plain English, and begin where you are.
Michele, in this corner of the village
My path brings together bodywork, chakra work, Reiki, and the everyday practice of caring for others. I trained at the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy, and as the mother of six amazing children, I know how much it matters to feel heard. Here, my spiritually connected side meets my practical one: attentive care for people and their animal companions, with room to pause and simply be.
